摘  要:本文研究了多连杆传动机构相比于传统的曲柄连杆传动机构所具有的优势,并结合软件对模型进行了仿真.分析了多连杆压力机传动系统的运动受力过程.利用ADAMS软件建立多连杆机构模型,仿真了多连杆机构滑块的位移,速度及加速度曲线以及各个铰支点的受力状况,在将其与手工计算值相比较.仿真结果表明:与曲柄压力机相比,多连杆压力机具有下死点附近速度低、回程速度高的特点.s:The advantages of multi-link transmission mechanism compared with traditional crank-link transmission mechanism have been studied in the text,and the model has been simulated in combination with the software.The motion force process of transmission system of multi-link press has been analyzed.The model of multi-link mechanism has been established by ADAMS software.The displacement,velocity and acceleration curves of slider of multi-link mechanism have been simulated,as well as the force state of each hinge fulcrum,which has been compared with the manual calculation value.The simulation results show that the multi-link press has the characteristics of low speed near the bottom dead center and high return speed by comparing with the crank-link press.
