摘 要:目的探讨高仿真严重创伤救治演练模拟教学法在规培医师临床教学中的作用。方法将2018年1~12月在我院急诊科规培的临床医师90名,随机分为实验组(n=45)和对照组(n=45)。实验组,采用高仿真严重创伤救治演练教学法结合临床理论进行教学;对照组,采用传统课堂模拟教学法结合临床理论进行教学。教学结束后对两组学生进行临床理论知识、急救技能操作、综合判断与处理能力、沟通合作能力等考核,对所有数据进行统计学处理。结果经培训后两组各项成绩较培训前有显著提高,实验组在理论知识考核成绩、急救技能操作、综合判断与处理能力及沟通合作能力成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用高仿真严重创伤救治演练教学法进行临床教学效果明显,比传统课堂模拟教学法能明显提高临床规培医师创伤急救临床技能的教学成效,尤其在提高院前急救、临床综合判断处理能力和团队协作能力上有明显优势。Objective To explore the role of high simulation drill of severe trauma treatment in clinical teaching of physicians with normalized training.Methods 90 clinical physicians who received normalized training in emergency department in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=45)and the control group(n=45).In the experimental group,high simulation drill of severe trauma treatment combined with clinical theory was adopted for teaching.In the control group,the traditional classroom simulation teaching method combined with clinical theory was adopted.After the teaching,the students in the two groups were assessed on clinical theoretical knowledge,first-aid skill operation,comprehensive judgment and processing ability,communication and cooperation ability,and all the data were statistically processed.Results After training,the performance of the two groups improved significantly compared with that before the training.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the assessment of theoretical knowledge.However,first-aid skill operation,comprehensive judgment and processing ability and communication and cooperation ability in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High simulation drill of severe trauma treatment for teaching has significant clinical teaching effects.Compared with traditional classroom simulation teaching method,it can significantly improve the teaching effectiveness of clinical skills of traumatic first aid of physicians with normalized training,especially in improving the pre-hospital first aid,clinical comprehensive judgment and processing ability and communication and cooperation ability.
