摘  要:随着社会的不断发展,人们对与日常生活密切相关的食品质量检测以及国家安全的需求越来越迫切。新型大气压离子化技术具有分析速度快、灵敏度高、实时在线等优点,在食品检测、药物分析、爆炸物筛查、化学反应监控、活体成像等领域得到了广泛应用。从传统大气压离子化技术出发,系统阐述离子化的基本原理和方法,并在此基础上介绍了直接电离技术、直接解吸/电离技术、辅助解吸/电离技术,以及不同电离技术的区别和联系。最后,对常压离子化技术未来发展趋势进行了展望。With the continuous development of society,people’s needs for food quality testing and national security,which are closely related to daily life,are becoming more and more urgent. The novel ambient pressure ionization technology has advantages of time saving,high sensitivity,real-time online,etc. It has been widely used in food detection,drug analysis,explosives screening,chemical reaction monitoring,and living imaging. The basic principles and methods of ionization from the traditional atmospheric pressure ionization technology were described.On this basis,the direct ionization technology,direct desorption/ionization technology,assisted desorption/ionization technology,and the differences between different ionization techniques are introduced. Finally,the development trends of ambient pressure ionization technology are also discussed.
