摘　　要：介绍了复旦大学化学系有机化学实验课程在围绕拔尖人才培养的背景下进行的课程内容优化和实践,对十年来该课程的改变进行了总结,对该课程在人才培养方面的作用做了分析。This paper introduced the reorganization of organic chemistry experiment course in the Department of Chemistry of Fudan University with the view of training top talented students in basic subjects.The changes of this course and its application in the cultivation of innovative talents in the past ten years were discussed.
