摘  要:目的 观察研究CBL联合PBL教学法在肿瘤科放射治疗学教学的应用情况和教学效果.方法 选取2017年—2018年在本科实习的徐州医科大学临床学系本科生64人作为本次研究的对象.采用随机分组法将其分为对照组和研究组.利用CBL联合PBL教学法进行授课,采用出科考试及调查表的方法评估教学效果和满意度.结果 研究组学生的理论考试成绩、技能考试成绩、总成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).对两组学生进行教学方法问卷调查,研究组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 CBL联合PBL教学法在肿瘤科实习生带教过程中提高了教学质量;CBL联合PBL教学法的授课方式受到学生欢迎的程度更高,增加了学生满意度.Objective To observe and study the application and teaching effect of CBL combined with PBL in radiation therapy teaching of oncology department.Methods 64 undergraduates of clinical department of xuzhou medical university who interned in our department from 2017 to 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into control group and study group by random grouping method.CBL combined with PBL teaching method was used for teaching,and the method of entrance examination and questionnaire was used to evaluate the teaching effect and satisfaction.Results The theoretical test scores,skills test scores and total scores of the students in the study group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).A questionnaire survey was conducted on the teaching methods of the two groups of students.The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with PBL teaching method improves the teaching quality in the teaching process of oncology interns;The teaching method of CBL combined with PBL is more popular among students and increases their satisfaction.
