摘  要:为了加强人才培养的目的性,我国临床医学研究生培养采取分流制度,医学科学学位以培养从事基础理论或应用基础理论研究人员为目标,而医学专业学位则以培养高级临床医师的应用型人才为目标,为此,从招生考核到整个培养过程都要求其各行其道.但在具体实施中,却并没有将两者完全分开,尤其是最后两类毕业生都成为临床医师,看似殊途同归,学术型研究生却付出了更大的代价,尤其在专业型研究生培养和住院医师规范化培训并轨之后.作为临床科研综合型人才,学术型研究生临床和科研能力的培养同等重要,本文重点针对其临床能力培养相关的问题进行分析并提出几点建议.In order to strengthen the purpose of talent training,China's clinical medical graduate training adopts a diversion system.The medical academic degree aims to train researchers who are engaged in basic theory or applied basic theory,while the medical professional degree aims to train application-oriented talents of senior clinicians.For this reason,they all have different requirements from the admission assessment to the entire training process.However,in the specific implementation,the two are not completely separated.In particular,the last two types of graduates will become clinicians.It seems that the same ending,and academic graduate students have to paid more,especially after the combination of professional postgraduate training and resident standardized training.As clinical research compound talents,the cultivation of clinical skills and scientific research ability of academic graduate students is equally important.This article focuses on the problems related to their clinical competence training and puts forward some Suggestions.
