摘  要:目的:探讨改进医院在编人员招聘方法,提高招录工作成效。方法:运用PDCA循环原理,对招聘工作中存在的问题进行分析,制定针对性措施,并实施改进。结果:通过对2017年至2019年上半年人员招录数据进行比较分析,实施改进措施后,优化了招聘工作流程,招聘计划完成率明显提高。结论:PDCA循环的应用能够促进人才招聘工作的持续改进,促进医院可持续发展。Objective:To investigate the improvement of the talent recruitment method,and to improve the work efficiency. Methods:This paper analyzed the shortcomings of the current recruitment work of hospital,and explored the introduction of PDCA cycle into the recruitment work to achieve quality management. Results:The recruitment data from 2017 to 2019 were analyzed and compared.The recruitment management process was optimized,and the plan completion rate was significantly increased. Conclusions:PDCA circle could improve the effectiveness of recruitment work,and promote the sustainable development of the hospital.
