摘  要:韩国政府根据本国经济社会发展需求,及时颁布并修订了外语教育政策和相关法律,投入经费预算,鼓励高校培养具有国际视野、懂得使用多种外语的复合型人才。具备多语教育条件的韩国高校根据国家的政策指导,积极改革公共外语教学机制,在课程设置、学分安排和奖学资助等方面加强和扩大外语教育,改变"外语教育过度偏向英语且外语语种数量不足"的局面。尽管如此,政策和个体学习者之间仍然存在认知隔阂,"英语独大"的局面短时间内很难得到扭转。这反过来也可以证明,为了满足国家的长期发展需要,政府有必要对复合型外语人才的培养进行调控和资助。韩国高校的多语教育经验在我国调整和完善多语教育政策方面具有一定的借鉴意义。In accordance with the needs of the country’s economic and social development, the Korean government has promulgated and revised the foreign language education policy and related laws in a timely manner, and invested in budgets to encourage colleges and universities to cultivate multilingual talents with an international perspective. Under the guidance of national policy, Korean universities with multilingual education conditions actively reform public foreign language teaching mechanisms and strengthen foreign language education in terms of curriculum, credit arrangement, and scholarship funding, changing the situation that foreign language education is too biased towards English and the number of other foreign languages is insufficient. Nevertheless, there is still a cognitive gap between policy and individual learners, and it is difficult to reverse the "English-dominant" situation in a short time. In turn, it can be proved that in order to meet the long-term development needs of the country, it is necessary for the government to regulate and fund the cultivation of multilingual talents. And the multilingual education experience of Korean universities has certain reference significance in adjusting and perfecting multilingual education policies in China.
