摘  要:人力资本结构高级化是促进经济高质量发展的重要力量。以中国省级行政区域为基本研究单元,结合探索性空间数据分析对中国人力资本结构高级化格局演变进行分析,并利用最小二乘法(OLS)模型和地理加权回归(GWR)模型对其空间分异机制进行研究。结果表明:①中国省区人力资本结构高级化呈现出由东向西递减的态势,并在空间上集聚,但集聚程度出现了一定弱化,热点区和冷点区的范围也相应发生变化;②教育投入力度、经济发展水平、产业结构水平和城镇化水平从各自角度促进了人力资本结构高级化格局的形成和演变;③上述影响因素的作用在空间上呈现出与人力资本结构高级化格局或一致或相反的关联性,其中教育投入力度影响作用出现了一定的局部波动。因此,在制定促进人力资本结构高级化的政策时,对于影响因素促进作用较强、较弱与呈现反方向作用的区域,要从各省区自身发展情况出发进行更加深入的探讨,研究制定与该省区实际相符合的差异化对策。Human capital structure upgrading is an essential force to promote high-quality economic development. Taking provincial regions of China as the research object, exploratory spatial data analysis is used to study the pattern evolution of human capital structure upgrading in China, and then the least squares(OLS) model and the geographically weighted regression(GWR) model are used to study its spatial differentiation mechanism. Results are as follows: 1) Human capital structure upgrading in China shows a decreasing tendency from east to west. It is agglomerating spatially, but the degree of agglomeration has weakened, and the scope of hot and cold spots has changed accordingly. 2) The intensity of education investment, the level of economic development, the level of industrial structure and the level of urbanization have promoted the formation and evolution of human capital structure upgrading in China from their respective perspectives. 3) The effects of these factors are positively or negatively correlated with the spatial pattern of human capital structure upgrading in China. Specially, the intensity of education investment fluctuates locally. As a result, when formulating policies to promote human capital structure upgrading, we should make a more in-depth discussion on the regions with strong, weak and negative effects of influencing factors from the perspective of their own development, and look for differentiated strategies which are consistent with the actual situation.
