摘  要:顶岗实习是高职食品检测类专业教学计划中重要的教学组成部分,是实现人才培养目标的重要环节。顶岗实习教学模式中存在校外实习基地不足、“工与学”之间很难有机结合、学生对顶岗实习认可度低、顶岗实习管理有待提高等问题。将分别从学校、指导教师、学生、实习基地4大层面出发,从思想和具体实施过程中给出相应的解决方案,最终实现学校—企业—学生的三方共赢。Post practice is an important part of the teaching plan of food testing specialty in higher vocational education,and it is also an important link to realize the goal of talent training.There are some problems in the teaching mode of post practice,such as the shortage of offcampus practice base,the difficulty of organic combination between“work and learning”,the low recognition of post practice by students,and the need to improve the management of post practice.The following will be from the school,guidance teachers,students,practice base four levels,from the idea and the specific implementation process to give the corresponding solutions,and finally to achieve the school-enterprise-student win-win.
