摘 要:校长选拔和任用制度是教育管理体制的重要组成部分,也是影响校长队伍建设的关键步骤。中小学校长选拔和任用制度受社会制度、经济发展、文化背景、教育体制等方面的影响和制约。通过对比不同国家和地区的校长选任制度,建议从建立校长资格证书制度、更新校长选任标准、规范校长选任程序、建立专业的校长选任主体等方面改进和完善我国大陆地区中小学校长的选任制度。The selection and appointment system of school principals is an important part of the educational management system,as well as a key step that affects the construction of school principals.The selection and appointment system of principals in primary and secondary schools is influenced and restricted by social system,economic development,cultural background and educational system.By comparing the selection and appointment systems of school principals in different countries and regions,this paper proposes to improve and perfect the selection and appointment system of school principals in China's Mainland from the aspects of establishing the qualification system of school principals,updating the selection and appointment standards of principals,standardizing the selection and appointment procedures of school principals,and establishing professional principals’selection and appointment bodies.
