摘  要:目的 探讨基础教学法结合案例教学法对心内科医师临床能力的影响。方法 选取2018级广西医科大学第二附属医院临床心内科实习医师50名参加此次研究,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各25名。对照组采用基础教学法,观察组在此基础上结合案例教学法,两组总学时为12学时。对比两组医师学习后测试考试成绩、病历书写成绩及教学效果的满意度。结果 学习后观察组医师的测试考试成绩、病历书写成绩及教学效果的满意度均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 基础教学法结合案例教学法可有效提高心内科医师的临床能力,教学效果佳。Objective To explore the effect of basic teaching method combined with case teaching method on the clinical ability of cardiologists.Methods A total of 50 clinical cardiology interns of grade 2018 in hospital were selected to participate in the study.According to the random list method,they were divided into two the observation group and the control group.The control group adopted the basic teaching method,and the observation group combined with the case teaching method.The total teaching hours of the two groups are 12 h.The results of test,medical record writing and teaching effect were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of test,medical record writing and teaching effect in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The basic teaching method combined with the case teaching method can effectively improve the clinical ability of cardiologists and the teaching effect is good.
