关于成果导向教育的几点思考

摘　　要：实行成果导向教育要面向学生学术素质的现实、面向社会对人才的需求和面向建设科学规则的未来。从实行差别化教学、加强校企合作、注重人文素质培养、平衡教师的责任与权利,以及加强教师间合作、共谋共赢等几个方面讨论了如何做好成果导向教育。To realize outcome based education well,the implementation strategy must face the reality of students’ academic quality,face the requirement of society,and set up the future-oriented scientific regular system.The implementation of outcome based education was discussed in following aspects:differential teaching,school-enterprise cooperation,humanistic education,teachers’ responsibilities and rights,and the cooperation among teachers.
