摘 要:跨文化交际早已写进中国教育战略纲要。随着国家“一带一路”倡议的实施和高等教育国际化的深入,如何增强我国高校大学生跨文化意识观,切实培养学生实际的语言运用能力、跨文化交流能力和学生终生学习能力已然成为现代教育的重点研究问题。文化生态发展,教育先行,高校英语教师跨文化意识的提升和文化理解能力的增强将助力于学生跨文化沟通能力的培养。主要分析了高校英语教师跨文化交际能力存在的问题与不足,并基于文化生态学的独特视角探析大学英语教师跨文化能力培养机制。Cross-cultural communication has long been written into the outline of China’s education strategy.With the implementation of the national“the belt and the road”initiative and the internationalization of higher education,how to enhance cross-cultural awareness of college students in China,cultivate students’practical language proficiency,cross-cultural communication ability and students’lifelong learning ability has become the focus of modern education research.The development of cultural ecology,the advance of education,the promotion of cross-cultural awareness and enhancement of cultural understanding ability of college English teachers will contribute to the cultivation of students’cross-cultural communication ability.It mainly analyses the problems and shortcomings of college English teachers’intercultural communicative competence,and probes into the mechanism of cultivating college English teachers’intercultural competence from the unique perspective of cultural ecology.
