微信辅助教学法在泌尿外科医师实习带教中的应用研究

摘　　要：实习教学不但是全部医学生迈入业务岗位前均需经历的环节,也是检验知识掌握程度,熟悉操作程序、锻炼操作能力的必要环节。泌尿外科推行微信辅助的教学方法是入科的首日,泌尿外科指定带教教师引领全部实习生建立该科专门的实习微信教学群,设计《泌尿外科入科教育手册》,并把具体内容传到群文件内。在实习生入科的次日,由带教教师在微信群内公布1个现实病例,从具体症状入手,把病例细部渐次铺开,每天都公布该病例的病情新况。出科考评完成后,教师归纳各实习生在考评的项目上存在的缺陷。在出科的前1 d对全部实习生实施封闭式的出科考评,理论考评主要是带教规划确立的关键点。临床实习质量是培养医学生的重要保障,利用微信平台开展泌尿外科实习教学,有利于巩固实习生的医学知识,提高其临床技能及综合素质,提升实习质量,值得进一步推广。Internship teaching is not only the link that all medical students need to experience before entering the business position,but also the necessary link to test the knowledge and familiarity with the operation procedures and exercise ability.Urology's implementation of WeChat-assisted teaching method is the first day of admission.The urology designated teaching teacher not only needs to lead all interns to establish a special internship WeChat teaching group of the department,but also needs to design the Urology Surgery Manual and pass the specific content to the group file.On the day after the internship was entered,the teacher gave a real case in the WeChat group,starting with the specific symptoms,gradually spreading the details of the case,and publishing the new condition of the case every day.After the completion of the evaluation,the teacher summarized the defects of the interns in the evaluation project.In the first day before the expedition,all interns were closed to the examination,and the theoretical evaluation was mainly the key point of the establishment of the teaching plan.The quality of clinical practice is an important guarantee for cultivating medical students.Using WeChat platform to carry out urology practice teaching is conducive to consolidating the medical knowledge of interns,improving their clinical skills and comprehensive quality,and improving the quality of internships,which is worth further promotion.
