摘  要:建立液相色谱-同位素稀释质谱法测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中黄曲霉毒素M1基体标准物质研制的定值方法。采用单点逼近法,以13C17-AFTM1为内标,乙腈为溶剂,经免疫亲和柱净化,采用单点逼近法测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中黄曲霉毒素M1的含量。黄曲霉毒素M1的质量浓度在0.05~5.0 ng/mL范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.9993,平均回收率为102.0%。该方法稳定性好,操作简单,可以作为婴幼儿配方奶粉中黄曲霉毒素M1基体标准物质研制的定值方法。A method for the determination of aflatoxin M1 in infant formula milk powder by liquid chromatography-isotope dilution mass spectrometry was established.The content of aflatoxin M1 in infant formula milk powder was determined by single point approximation method with 13C17-aftm1 as internal standard,acetonitrile was used purified by as solvent and immunoaffinity column.The mass concentration of aflatoxin M1 in the range of 0.05-5.0 ng/mL has a good linear relationship with the peak area of chromatographic spectrometry.The linear correlation coefficient was 0.9993,and the average recovery was 102.0%.The method has good stability and simple operation,and can be used as a fixed value method for the development of aflatoxin M1 matrix reference material in infant formula milk powder.
