摘  要:纯电动重型卡车能源利用率高、无环境污染,是未来重型卡车行业的重要发展方向。研究纯电动卡车动力系统的匹配设计方法,以支撑纯电动卡车系统方案匹配设计。一是依据重型卡车性能需求,提出总体结构方案;二是依据性能要求和结构特点,匹配卡车的电机功率;三是根据所选择电机特性和车辆性能需求,确定车辆减速器传动比;四是根据车辆功率和续航里程要求,计算和匹配动力电池。Pure electric heavy trucks have high energy efficiency and no environmental pollution,which is an important development direction for the heavy truck industry in the future.This paper studies the matching design method of pure electric truck power system to support the matching design of pure electric truck system.First,according to the performance requirements of heavy duty trucks,the overall structural plan is proposed.Secondly,according to the performance requirements and structural characteristics,the motor power of the truck is matched.Thirdly,the gear ratio of the vehicle reducer is determined according to the selected motor characteristics and vehicle performance requirements.According to vehicle power and cruising range requirements,calculation and matching of power batteries are carried out.
