摘 要:以文献资料法、图像解析以及对比分析等研究方法,对王逗第五栏跨栏步技术进行分析,对其相关技术指标参数与国内外运动员进行比较,为其技术分析提供理论依据,完善王逗的专项技术,并为我国女子100米栏科学化训练提供一定参考借鉴。研究结果表明:1)王逗起跨距离较远,符合"远起跨"的技术要求,然而在起跨阶段中蹬伸效果不充分、身体重心过度起伏以及起跨角与躯干角度偏小,导致起跨速度下降明显,与国外优秀选手具有明显差异。2)在腾空过程中,相比国外优秀运动员王逗的腾起角更大、栏上身体重心高度更高、重心移动距离更长,从而使得腾空阶段耗时更多。3)王逗的下栏距离较近,符合"近下栏"的技术要求,着地瞬间重心高度接近世界优秀选手水平,同时着地瞬间关节角度较大,表明关节支撑更加积极;但是相比国外优秀运动员,王逗存在着地角偏小、身体重心滞后的问题,导致下栏着地速度出现明显下降,影响后续栏间跑。This paper takes the fifth column hurdle step as the subject. It adopts the methods of literature, image analysis, comparative analysis and other related research methods to make the comparison of technical indicators with domestic and foreign athletes. That is to provide theoretical basis for the technical analysis, improve the special technology of Wang Dou, and provide some references for the scientific training of women’s 100-meter hurdles in China. The results show that:1) Wang Dou has a long beginning span distance across and meets the technical requirements of "long-distance span". However, during the beginning span stage, the extension effect is not sufficient, the center of body weight is excessively undulating, and the span angle and the trunk angle are too small, resulting in a span that the speed dropped obviously, and there is an obvious gap with outstanding foreign athletes.2)In the process of vacating, compared with the excellent athletes, when she is up the hurdle,Wang Dou’s vacating angle is bigger, the weight of the body is higher on the column, the weight of the body moves longer,which make her vacating stage has a longer period of time. 3) Wang Dou was close to the lower column in the process of the next column. It conformed to the technical requirements of "near the lower column". The momentary center of gravity of the landing moment was close to the level of the world’s best athletes. At the same time, the joints at the moment of the landing angle were larger, indicating that the joint support was more positive. However, compared with outstanding athletes from abroad, Wang Dou has a problem that the angle of the ground is too small and the body’s center of gravity is lagging. This causes a significant decrease in the speed of the landing of the lower column, affecting the running between the following columns.
