摘 要:以针毛鳞盖蕨为研究对象,用体积分数95%乙醇提取后,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇3种有机溶剂萃取得各萃取物,分别测定其多酚含量,通过DPPH·和ABTS+·清除法及PNPG法评价针毛鳞盖蕨乙醇粗提物及不同溶剂萃取物的体外抗氧化活性及降血糖活性.实验结果表明,在各萃取物中,乙酸乙酯萃取物的多酚含量最高(34.8%);针毛鳞盖蕨乙醇粗提物及各萃取物均具有一定的抗氧化和抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性.其中,乙酸乙酯萃取物具有显著的DPPH·清除能力、ABTS+·清除能力及α-葡萄糖苷酶活性抑制能力,且其α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性IC 50=(5.3±0.8)μg/mL高于阳性对照阿卡波糖IC 50=(103.7±5.1)μg/mL.Microlepia trapeziformis(Roxb.)Kuhn was extracted by 95%ethanol and then partitioned by three organic solvents with different polarities.The polyphenol content in the ethanol extract,petroleum ether fraction,ethyl acetate fraction,and n-butanol fraction were measured and the antioxidant activity and in-vitro hypoglycemia activity were evaluated by the DPPH·and ABTS+·free radicals scavenging assay and anti-α-glucosidase activity assay,respectively.Results of the polyphenol test indicated that among different solvent extracts from M.trapeziformis,the ethyl acetate extract had the highest polyphenol content(34.8%).Bioactivity analysis revealed that the four above extracts all showed an obvious antioxidant activity and anti-α-glucosidase activity.Among those extracts,the ethyl acetate extracts showed the strongest DPPH·radicals scavenging capacity,ABTS+·radicals scavenging ability,and inhibitory activities againstα-glucosidase.Theα-glucosidase inhibitory activity of the ethyl acetate extracts IC 50=(5.3±0.8)μg/mL was much higher than that of the positive control acarbose IC 50=(103.7±5.1)μg/mL.
