摘  要:"双师型"职教师资队伍的建设是当前我国职业教育发展的重要内容。我国职业技术教育领域专业硕士招生工作于2016年正式开展,在培养模式、课程设置等方面尚无前例可循。职教硕士培养过程中如何体现"双师型"特色是值得探究的问题。借鉴德国职教师资培养模式,从"技术性"、"师范性"和"应用性"三方面探索职教硕士的培养模式和重点,旨在为我国职教硕士专业课程建设提供有价值的参考。The construction of the "double-qualified" teachers team is an important part for the current development of vocational education in China. The enrollment of vocational and technical education master in China has been officially launched since 2016 with no precedent training mode and curriculum setting. It is worth exploring the question of how to embody the characteristics of "double-qualified" in this process. Based on the German teachers training mode,the training mode of vocational education masters is explored from the aspects of "technicality","educability" and "applicability".The purpose is to provide reference for the construction of professional curriculum for masters of vocational education in China.
