摘 要:目的观察亚麻籽油对肥胖2型糖尿病小鼠体质量、血糖、胃肠激素水平的影响。方法30只雄性C57BL/6J小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组和实验组,每组10只。对照组给予普通饲料喂养。模型组和实验组给予高脂饲料喂养12周建立肥胖2型糖尿病小鼠模型;第13周开始,模型组继续给予高脂饲料,实验组给予含亚麻籽油的高脂饲料(15 g亚麻籽油/100 g饲料)喂养。喂养24周后检测各组小鼠体质量、体脂肪重量、瘦组织重量;摘眼球取血,检测空腹血糖、胰岛素、葡萄糖依赖性促胰岛素释放肽(GIP)和瘦素。结果实验第24周时,实验组、模型组的体质量、体脂肪重量高于对照组,瘦组织重量低于对照组(P均<0.05);实验组体质量、体脂肪重量低于模型组,瘦组织重量高于模型组(P均<0.05)。模型组、实验组小鼠空腹血糖、胰岛素、瘦素水平均高于对照组,模型组空腹GIP水平高于对照组(P均<0.05);实验组空腹血糖、胰岛素、GIP、瘦素水平均低于模型组(P均<0.05)。结论亚麻籽油有助于降低肥胖2型糖尿病小鼠的体质量、血糖水平,作用机制可能与调节GIP、瘦素水平有关。Objective To observe the effects of linseed oil on body weight,blood sugar and gastrointestinal hormone levels in obese and type 2 diabetic mice induced by high-fat diet.Methods Thirty male C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into the control group,model group,and experimental group,with 10 mice in each.The mice in the model group and linseed oil group were fed with high-fat diet for 12 weeks to establish the obese type 2 diabetic models.From the 13th week,the mice in the model group were fed with high-fat diet,the experimental group with high-fat diet containing linseed oil(15 g/100 g diet),and the control group with normal diet.After 24 weeks of treatment,body composition,blood glucose,the levels of insulin,glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide(GIP)and Leptin in the plasma were measured.Results The body mass and body fat weight of the experimental group and the model group were higher than those of the control group,and the weight of lean tissues was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the experimental group mice had increased lean body mass but decreased body fat,the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).Fasting blood glucose,insulin and leptin levels in the model group and the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,and fasting GIP level in the model group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of blood glucose,insulin,GIP and leptin in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the model group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Linseed oil can reduce the body weight,blood sugar and insulin in obese and type 2 diabetic mice,which may be related to the regulation of GIP and leptin levels.
