摘　　要：分析了学校当前汽车服务工程专业培养计划和教学方式的现状和不足。并针对性地从课程设置优化、多元化的教学方法和应用型的实践教学形式提出了改革措施和建议,这对于提高新工科背景下汽车后市场人才的培养质量具有重要意义。This paper analyzes the present situation and deficiency of the cultivating scheme and teaching approach of the automobile service engineering major.In addition,reform measures and suggestions are put forward from the direction of optimized curriculum setting,diversified teaching approach and applied practical teaching forms,which is of certain signifi-cance to improve the quality of training of automotive post-market talents under the background of the new engineering.
