摘　　要：构建学校和企业全方位、全过程合力育人模式是人才培养的一种重要途径。哈尔滨工业大学电气工程及其自动化专业在校企合作人才培养模式研究方面,以和伊顿公司合作为例,建设了校企合作教学资源,共建了校内联合实验中心、校外工程实践基地,并推广到多个企业,归纳总结了提高学生工程实践能力的校企合作培养模式,为后续研究实践提供了值得借鉴的成果。Construction of an all-round and whole-process joint education model by universities and enterprises is the important path for talent training. The Electrical Engineering and Automation specialty of Harbin Institute of Technology has studied the training mode of talent training by the university-enterprise cooperation. By taking the cooperation with Eton Company as an example, it has established the teaching resources through the universityenterprise cooperation, built the joint laboratory center inside the university and practice base for off-campus engineering training, and extended this cooperation to many other enterprises. The practice of improving students’ engineering ability is enhanced so as to provide valuable reference for the follow-up research practice.
