摘　　要：在高校不断扩招和社会人才需求发生变化的形势下,医学院校生物技术专业的人才培养面临巨大挑战,亟须进行教育管理模式的改革。文章分析了在医科大学生物技术专业实施本科生导师制的必要性和可行性,并对中国医科大学本科生导师制的建立及实施的效果进行了探讨。希望通过本科生导师制模式的实施,提高人才培养质量,使学生成为有医药特色的高素质生物技术应用型人才。Considering the enrollment expansion and the demand for social talents,the cultivation of biotechnology majors in medical universities faces enormous challenges,and the reform of education management mode is urgently needed.This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of implementing the undergraduate tutorial system for the biotechnology majors in medical universities,and discusses the establishment and implementation of the undergraduate tutorial system.It is hoped that the implementation of the undergraduate tutorial systemwill be conducive to the quality of talent cultivationfor high-quality biotechnology application talents with medical characteristics.
