摘　　要：红河卷烟厂卷包车间AGV系统于1998年建成投入使用,截至2018年底,共有12台AGV设备在用。在多年的AGV设备维护过程中,AGV车载蓄电池维护是整个设备维护的重要组成部分,该部分维护工作的成效直接影响AGV系统维护的整体效果。经过多年的维护实践及经验总结,红河卷烟厂设备技术人员摸索总结出一套成熟的AGV车载蓄电池维护方法,有效地延长了蓄电池的使用寿命,降低了设备运行维护成本,确保了AGV系统运行的整体效能。The AGV system in the rolling workshop of Honghe Cigarette Factory was completed and put into use in 1998.By the end of 2018,a total of 12 AGV equipments were in use.In the maintenance of AGV equipment for many years,the maintenance of AGV vehicle-mounted battery is an important part of the whole equipment maintenance,the effectiveness of this part of maintenance work directly affects the overall effect of the maintenance of AGV system.After years of maintenance practice and experience summary,Honghe Cigarette Factory equipment technicians fumed and summarized a set of mature AGV vehicle battery maintenance method,which effectively extended the service life of the battery,reduced the equipment operation and maintenance cost,and ensured the overall efficiency of the AGV system operation.
