摘 要:以人力资源管理6大模块为主线,结合行业特点和企业运作的关键环节,从企业法人学历、人力资源规划、员工培训、薪酬与绩效、劳动关系与社会保障等6个方面对南宁市下辖的4区2县81家中小企业进行问卷调查,分析和研究了南宁市中小企业人力资源管理的实际表现,并据此有针对性地提出促进南宁市中小企业发展的人力资源管理举措:创新人才管理思维模式,优化产业结构形成人才聚集效应,构建生态型学习组织,完善有关管理制度等。Based on the six modules of human resource management,combined with the characteristics of the industry and the key links of enterprise operation,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on 81 small and medium-sized enterprises in 4 districts,2 counties under the jurisdiction of Nanning city from six aspects,including the education background of enterprise legal person,human resource planning,employee training,salary and performance,labor relations and social security.It analyzes and studies the actual performance of human resource management of small and medium-sized enterprises in Nanning,and accordingly puts forward the human resource management measures to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,such as innovating the thinking mode of talent management,optimizing the industrial structure to form the effect of talent aggregation,constructing ecological learning organization,and improving the relevant management system and so on.
