边疆治理中宗教管理关键在于“导”——如何引导藏传佛教与社会主义社会相适应

摘　　要：习近平在第六次西藏工作座谈会上指出:做好藏传佛教工作不是单一的宗教问题,而是事关祖国统一、社会稳定、经济发展、民族团结的重大问题,所以必须加强引导,在“导”上下功夫。本文提出三个“导”,一是通过“疏导”掌握认识问题,了解宗教问题与宗教工作的重要性;二是通过“指导”解决思想问题,正确地处理藏传佛教文化与藏族传统文化、宗教与民族、民族文化与中华民族文化、国法与教规的关系;三是通过“引导”解决行为问题,坚持宗教中国化方向,合法传教,理性信教,从而实现社会和谐。President Xi Jinping pointed out in the sixth symposium on Tibet work:the work of Tibetan Bud dhism is not a single religious issue,but related to the reunification of the motherland,social stability,economic development,ethnic unity of the major issues.So we must strengthen guidance in the“guide”efforts.This paper puts forward three“guides”:One is to understand the importance of religious issues and religious work through“guidance”;Secondly,the relationship between Tibetan Buddhist culture and traditional Tibetan culture,religion and nationality,national culture and Chinese culture,state law and religious regulations should be properly han dled through“guidance”to solve ideological problems.Third,solve behavioral problems through“guidance”,ad here to Sinicization of religion,legitimate preaching,rational religious belief,so as to achieve social harmony.
