摘　　要：在宏观市场经济发展背景下,人才的战略价值越发突出,并日渐成为各个行业领域竞争的核心资本。百年大计,教育为本。教育作为人才培育主阵地,其发展势在必行,而教师作为该项事业发展的重要支撑,其专业化建设至关重要。高职师范生面临着诸多方面的要求和挑战,关键能力培养尤为必要,其相关方面的课题研究备受关注。本文基于对高职师范生关键能力的概述,分析了其在培养过程中的现实困境,并着重就相关优化策略进行了探究。Under the background of macro-market economy,the strategic value of talent is becoming more and more prominent,and it is becoming the core capital of competition in various industries.Education is the foundation of a century-long plan.Education as the main position of talent cultivation,its development is imperative,and teachers as an important support for the development of the cause,its professional construction is essential.Higher vocational normal students are facing many requirements and challenges,and the cultivation of key abilities is particularly necessary,and the related research has attracted much attention.Based on an overview of the key competencies of normal college students in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyses the practical difficulties in the training process,and focuses on the relevant optimization strategies.
