摘 要:随着社会经济和科学技术的不断发展,人们的生活水平在不断提高,对食品安全也越来越重视。在食品出厂前,各个厂家都要对食品中的农药残留进行检测,避免残留的农药对人体造成损害。本文结合过往经验及实际情况,对食品检测中几种常用的农药残留检测技术及其存在的问题进行了研究和分析,以供参考。With the continuous development of social economy and science and technology,people's living standards are getting higher and higher.And the emphasis on food safety in the society is becoming more and more important.Before the food leaves the factory,all manufacturers must test the pesticide residues in the food in order to avoid damage to the human body caused by residual pesticides.Based on past experience and actual conditions,this paper studies and analyzes several commonly used detection techniques and existing problems in the detection of pesticide residues in food for reference.
