摘  要:公务员考核制度是评估公务员日常工作绩效的重要方式,是提高公务员工作效率、建设高素质公务员队伍的有效途径。通过对当前公务员考核制度的分析和研究,结合连云港市公务员考核开展情况,指出连云港市公务员考核制度中存在的问题,借鉴优秀企业的绩效考核制度,提出了优化公务员考核制度、提高公务员考核效率的建议。Civil servant assessment system is an important way to evaluate the daily work performance of civil servants,an effective way to improve the work efficiency and to build a high-quality civil servant team. Through the analysis and research of the current civil servant assessment system, combined with the development of the civil servant assessment system in Lianyungang City,the paper points out the problems existing in the civil servant assessment system in Lianyungang City,draws lessons from the performance appraisal system of the excellent enterprises,and puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the civil servant assessment system and improving the civil servant assessment efficiency.
