摘  要:对体育与健康课程健康教育的局限性及有效实施的思路与方法进行研究。加强健康教育在学校教育中刻不容缓,体育与健康课程中实施健康教育在时间、师资、知识、评价等方面存在局限性。从目标、内容、师资、时空、评价等方面提出体育与健康课程有效实施健康教育的思路与方法:健康教育目标要明确具体,内容设置要有可操作性,师资队伍建设体现多元化,组织实施方式力求一体化,评价体系建设实现标准化等。The author studied the limitations of health education in the physical education and health curriculum as well as ideas and methods for its effective implementation, analyzed that health education in school education is pressing, collated the limitations of implementing health education in the physical education and health curriculum in terms of time, teacher, knowledge and evaluation etc, and put forward ideas and methods for effectively implementing health education in the physical education and health curriculum in terms of objective, content, teacher, space-time and evaluation etc. The author concluded that for the effective implementation of health education, health education objectives should be clear and specific;content setup should be operable;teacher team construction should be carried out in a diversified way;ways of organization and implementation should be integrated;evaluation system construction should realize standardization;etc.
