2015年-2017年宁波市副溶血性弧菌腹泻病例流行特征及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨宁波市近年副溶血性弧菌腹泻病例的流性特征及其影响因素,为有效控制本地副溶血性弧菌腹泻病例的疫情提供科学依据。方法收集宁波市2015年-2017年食源性疾病监测数据,描述副溶血性弧菌病例的流行特征,并采用非条件Logistic回归对副溶血性弧菌感染的影响因素进行分析。结果食源性疾病监测病例中副溶血性弧菌阳性率为5.1%(701/13686),阳性菌株以03:K6血清型为主,占45.65%(326/701),夏秋季节高发。多因素分析结果显示年龄、发病时间、居住地、发病前进食可疑食品情况是食源性疾病监测病例副溶血性弧菌感染的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论副溶血性弧菌是本地腹泻病例的重要致病因素。加强食品安全监督,提高监测质量、开展针对性宣教,对于控制本地区副溶血性弧菌引起的腹泻具有重要意义。Objective To study the epidemic characteristic and influence factor of diarrhea cases with Vibrio parahaemolyticus infection in Ningbo,so as to provide scientific basis to control the epidemic.Methods Monitoring data of sentinel hospitals of Ningbo was collected from 2015 to 2017.The epidemic characteristic of diarrhea cases with Vibrio parahaemolyticus infection was described and unconditional Logistic regression mode was used to analyze the influence factors.Results A total of 13686 diarrhea patients were enrolled and the positive rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was 5.1%(701/13686).The Vibrio parahae?molyticus strains were mainly 03:K6 serotype(45.65%,326/701).The positive rates were higher in summer and autumn.The result of the multivariate factor analysis showed that age,onset time,place of residence,and presupposition of suspicious food intake were the influencing factors of Vibrio parahaemolyticus infection in food borne disease surveillance cases(P<0.05).Conclusion Vibrio parahaemolyticus is the main pathogenic factors of diarrhea cases in Ningbo.Improving surveillance quality,enhancing detective strength and carrying out customized propaganda and education are very important for controlling the epidemic of diarrhea infected by Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Ningbo.
