摘 要:目的采用电子鼻技术区分不同产地、不同采收期和不同处理方法的枸杞子。方法利用电子鼻技术通过获得样品气味信息,对6个不同产地的18批样品,同一产地16批不同采收期样品以及3种不同处理方法的样品的挥发性成分进行检测,并对每个样品对各传感器的响应值进行主成分(PCA)分析。结果不同产地的枸杞子气味之间存在显著差异,除甘肃省靖远县和青海德令哈两个产地区分不明显外,其余样品间区分区分明显。不同采收期样品中7月中旬之前采摘枸杞子样品在气味上差异较大,之后采摘样品气味的差异逐渐减小,两年间采收的枸杞子均显示出此趋势。3种不同干燥处理方法的枸杞子样品气味信息经PCA分析后总贡献率达到98.80%,能够区别。结论利用电子鼻技术可以有效地对不同产地、不同采收期、不同处理方法的枸杞子进行区分,该方法简捷、快速,可为枸杞子的快速鉴别提供实验依据。Objective To distinguish the Lycii Fructus that from different origin and harvest period and different processing methods with the electronic nose technique.Methods By using electronic nose technology to obtain sample odor information,volatile components of 18 batches of samples from 6 different places of origin,16 batches of samples from the same place of origin with different collection periods and 3 different processing methods were detected,and the response value of each sample to each sensor was analyzed by principal component(PCA).Results There were significant differences in the odors of Lycii Fructus from different origins,except Jingyuan county in Gansu province and Delingha county in Qinghai province.Among the samples collected in different harvesting periods,there was a great difference in the odor between samples collected before the middle of July,and then the difference of samples collected after the middle of July gradually decreased,and two years showed this trend equally.After PCA analysis,the total contribution rate of odor information of Lycii Fructus samples with three different drying methods reached 98.80%,which could be distinguished.Conclusion The results showed that electronic nose can be applied to identify Lycii Fructus from different place and harvest period and different processing methods effectively.This method is simple and fast,which may provide a new scientific basis for the rapid identification of the Lycii Fructus.
