摘　　要：混合式教学有效整合了线上和线下的教学资源,通过教师参与学生学习过程和帮助学生建构知识,实现"以学生为中心"的教学理念,并分析了五年制高职《塑料成型工艺与模具设计》课程教学中存在的问题和课改的必要性,对该课程进行了以ADDIE模型为基础的混合式教学研究,还分析了各阶段的具体要求并进行了研究探讨,形成了一套完整的教学模型,开展了教学实践,以期为类似课程教学改革提供参考。Blending teaching effectively integrates online and offline teaching resources.Through teachers participated in students’ learning process and help them construct knowledge, and implemented the teaching concept of "student-centered", it analyzed the problems existing in the teaching of "Plastic Moulding Process and Mould Design" in five-year higher vocational education and the necessity of curriculum reform. Also, it carried out a blending teaching research based on ADDIE model, and analyzed the specific requirements of each stage, formed a complete teaching model and carried out teaching practice to provide reference for similar courses..
