摘  要:以"管理学基础"课程教学为背景,全方位介绍了"以学习者为中心"教学模式改革与实践工作。基于反向规划思路,重构了教学内容体系;剖析师生角色新定位,给出了具体教学策略;基于情境模拟方法,形成了三位一体实践性教学模式;运用系统性原理,给出了逐层递进综合渐进式考核策略。当前此项改革实践已取得初步成效,可资借鉴其它课程模式改革。Based on the teaching background of "Basis of Management" Course, this paper introduces the reform and practice of learner-centered teaching mode in an all-round way. Based on the idea of reverse planning, the teaching content system is reconstructed;the new positioning of the roles of teachers and students is analyzed, and specific teaching strategies are given;the Trinity practical teaching mode is formed based on the situational simulation method;and the progressive comprehensive and progressive assessment strategy is given by using the systematic principle. At present, the practice of this reform has achieved preliminary results, which can be used for reference in the reform of other curriculum modes.
