摘  要:信息网络技术的发展,使得现代教育模式和方法发生了巨大的变化,其中,翻转课堂做为一种新的教学模式在军校教学中逐步兴起,翻转课堂教学模式体现了学习者为中心的现代教学理念,在此模式下,学员的角色发生了根本性的改变:从教学的对象变成学习的主人;从问题的回答者变成问题的提出者;从知识的接受者变成知识的建构者。因此,这种教学模式具有传统教学无可比拟的优势,也对学员提出了一系列的新要求,要求学员有足够的自主学习时间、具有较强的主动学习意识和较高的自主学习能力。With the development of information network technology, great changes have taken place in modern education models and methods. As a new teaching mode, flipped classroom has gradually risen in Military Academy teaching. The flipped classroom teaching mode embodies the modern teaching concept of learner-centered. Under this mode, the role of students has taken place fundamentally. Sex change: from the object of teaching to the master of learning;from the answer to the question to the proposer of the question;from the recipient of knowledge to the constructor of knowledge. Therefore, this kind of teaching mode has incomparable advantages compared with traditional teaching. It also puts forward a series of new requirements for students. It requires students to have enough time for self-learning, a strong sense of active learning and a higher ability of self-learning.
