摘  要:就我国目前的学前教育发展趋势而言,高职幼儿教师成为了主要的师资来源,但是高职学前师范教育中存在一系列矛盾,包括教师数量和学生数量不相符、教学质量不满足要求等,这就导致高职学前师范教育所培养的学生综合素质不满足要求,而艺术专业这方面问题尤为严重。本文针对高职学前师范教育中的艺术教师方面展开论述,对其专业素养进行了调查和分析,目的在于完善目前高职学前师范教育中的教师素质培养缺陷,针对性提出意见,以供参考。As far as the current development trend of preschool education in China is concerned,preschool teachers in higher vocational colleges have become the main source of teachers,but there are a series of contradictions in preschool normal education in higher vocational colleges,including the inconsistency between the number of teachers and the number of students,and the unsatisfactory quality of teaching,which leads to the comprehensive training of students in preschool normal education in higher vocational colleges.Quality does not meet the requirements,and the problem of art specialty is particularly serious.In this paper,the artistic teachers in pre-school normal education in higher vocational colleges are discussed,and their professional qualities are investigated and analyzed.The purpose is to improve the quality training defects of teachers in pre-school normal education in higher vocational colleges,and put forward pertinent suggestions for reference.
