从大学课堂角度解析中小学生素质及能力的培养

摘　　要：随着我国经济的发展,我国高等教育发展迅速,取得了举世瞩目的成就,此不多述。本文仅以课堂实践及对大学一年级新生调查问卷为基础,对目前大学生需要提高的几方面能力和素养,如书写能力、表达能力、劳动能力、身体素质等,进行了调查、现象描述和原因分析,对相关问题的解决办法进行了探讨。希望抛砖引玉,使学生从所述问题中有所启发,不断提升和完善自我;使高校与中小学教育者的协调合作有所加强;使学生需要提高的这几方面能力,从中小学到大学加以贯通重视和培养。With the development of China's economy,China's higher education has developed rapidly and made remarkable achievements.Based on the classroom practice and the questionnaire for freshmen,this paper investigates,describes and analyzes the abilities and qualities that college students need to improve,such as writing ability,expression ability,labor ability and physical quality,and discusses the solutions about how to improve it.It is hoped that students can be inspired from the problems mentioned above and improve themselves constantly.It is needed to strengthen the coordination and cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools;so that the students can improve these aspects of ability mentioned above,from primary and secondary schools to universities in a continuous way.
