摘　　要：选取临床中胃痞病1例进行教学查房,以中医经典为依据,对胃痞病的病名、病因、病机、辨证论治等进行阐述及分析,并讲解该病例的遣方用药,旨在培养学生中医经典理论水平及临床辨证思维能力,并加强其在临床中对中医经典的应用能力,使学生进一步牢固中医思想,热爱中医,继承中医,理论联系实际,为中医后备人才培养打下坚实基础。A case of distention and fullness in clinic was selected for teaching rounds and case discussion.Based on the classics of traditional Chinese medicine,the name,etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment of distention and fullness were expounded and analyzed,and the prescription and medication of the case were explained.The purpose of this paper is to cultivate students'classical theoretical level and clinical syndrome differentiation thinking ability of traditional Chinese medicine,and to strengthen their ability to apply traditional Chinese medicine classics in clinic,so that students can further strengthen their thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,love traditional Chinese medicine,inherit traditional Chinese medicine,and combine theory with practice.It lays a solid foundation for the cultivation of reserve talents of traditional Chinese medicine.
