摘　　要：新技术推动了电子信息产业的快速发展,但是电子信息工程技术专业人才培养现状与社会实际需求存在着差距。为了更好地服务社会,为地方区域经济服务,为行业企业培养更多更好的高技能人才,必须打破传统的人才培养模式和培养方法,优化人才培养计划,完善课程体系,创新人才培养模式,走校企合作协同育人之路。New technology has promoted the rapid development of the electronic information industry,however,there is a gap between the current situation of talents training of electronic information engineering technology and the actual needs of society.In order to better serve the society,serve the local regional economy and train more and better high-skilled talents for industry and enterprises,it is necessary to break the traditional mode of talents training and training methods,optimize the talents training program,improve the curriculum system,innovate the talents training mode,and take the road of college-enterprise cooperation to educate students.
