摘　　要：高职院校学生党支部建设是高职院校学生党建工作的重中之重,其组织力强弱关系着党的建设。在探究新时代高职院校学生党支部组织力内涵及建设存在问题的基础上,提出从组织结构、政治功能、规范化建设和创新活动形式四个方面提升高职院校学生党支部组织力,切实加强高职院校学生党支部政治引领力、领导力、执行力和凝聚力,从而更好地推进高职教育的发展和大学生思想政治教育工作的开展。The construction of the student party branch is the most important thing in the student party building work in higher vocational colleges, and its organizational power is related to the construction of the party. On the basis of exploring the connotation and the problems existing in construction of the student party branch in higher vocational colleges in the new era, this paper puts forward to enhance the organizational power of the student party branch in higher vocational colleges from four aspects of organizational structure, political function, standardized construction and innovative activity form, and puts forward to effectively strengthen the political leadership, leadership, executive power and cohesion of the student party branch in higher vocational colleges so as to better promote the development of higher vocational education and the ideological and political education of college students.
