摘 要:为探明国内教师专业发展阶段研究的热点及其演变特点,采用关键词共现网络分析技术对相关文献进行关键词提取和统计分析,并分4个时间段构建了高频关键词共现网络图。结果发现,国内关于教师专业发展阶段的研究还处于起步阶段,研究热点主要集中在“专家型教师”、“教师教育课程”、“阶段论”、“问卷调查”、“教学效果”、“培训者”、“实践性知识”等方面;从研究热点的演化来看,国内关于教师专业发展阶段的研究是视野越来越开阔,角度越来越多样,是一个逐渐探索、渐近科学的过程。In order to trace the hot issues and its evolvement characteristics of the research about the teachers’professional development stage in China,the relevant literature is analyzed with the keyword co-emerging network analysis technology and the high frequency keyword co-emerging network diagram is constructed during four periods.The results show that the research on teachers professional development is still in its infancy and the research focuses mainly on“expert teachers”,“teacher education courses”,“stage theory”,“questionnaire survey”,“teaching effect”,“trainer”and“practical knowledge”.From the perspective of evolution of the research hot issues,the domestic research on the teachers’professional development stage is an increasing open field of vision,more and more diverse and research perspectives become diverse,which is a process of gradual exploration and asymptotic science.
