摘 要:本科生学业导师制是指学生刚入大学就配备一位导师,对其学业规划、专业学习、创新创业能力培养以及生活、思想、心理等方面进行个性化指导的一种教学制度。笔者总结了多年来从事无机非金属材料工程专业本科生学业导师的工作实践,并提出了一点体会。笔者认为本科生学业导师制对于教师和学生实现了双赢,促进教学相长,一方面教师科研有了帮手,另一方面学生学习效率、学习质量及实践创新能力大幅提高。The undergraduate tutorial system is a kind of teaching system that students are equipped with a tutor as soon as they enter the university,and who give them individualized guidance in academic planning,professional learning,innovation and entrepreneurship training,life,thought and psychology. The work practice of undergraduate tutors about Norganic Non-metallic Material Engineering specialty for many years was summarized,and some experiences were put forward. Results showed that the undergraduate tutorial system achieved a win-win situation for teachers and students,One side,teachers helped in scientific research,the other side,students’ learning efficiency,learning quality and practical innovation ability were greatly improved.
