摘  要:目的:了解北川农村学龄前儿童营养状况,探索可能的影响因素。方法:采用整群抽样方法,选取身高、体重两项指标,参照WHO标准,计算年龄别身高、年龄别体重和身高别体重的Z分。结果:北川农村学龄前儿童总体发育水平较WHO标准低,男童体重优势明显;留守情况、师生比、就读类型会明显影响儿童的营养状况。结论:应重视该地区儿童营养条件的总体改善,对女童的营养状况需更加留意;降低幼儿园师生比,让得不到家庭照顾的儿童住校对改进儿童的营养状况有利。Objective:To understand the nutritional status of preschool children in rural areas of Beichuan and to explore possible influencing factors. Methods: Using the cluster sampling method, the height and weight indicators were selected, and the Z scores for age, height, body weight and body weight were calculated according to the WHO standard. Results: The overall development level of preschool children in Beichuan rural areas was lower than the WHO standard, and the boy’s weight advantage was obvious;whether the left-behind children, teacher-student ratio, and type of reading would significantly affect the nutritional status of children. Conclusion: It is necessary to pay attention to the overall improvement of children’s nutritional conditions in the region, and pay more attention to the nutritional status of girls;reduce the teacher-student ratio in kindergartens, and allow children who do not have family care to live in school to improve the nutritional status of children.
