摘  要:服装产业的快速发展,对服装设计与工程专业学生培养提出了更高的要求。为了提高服装设计与工程专业学生的培养质量,上海工程技术大学服装设计与工程专业进行了三融合、三联动、三协同育人模式改革。以工程教育理念为引领,系统构建人才培养体系;以教学资源整合为抓手,推动教学模式创新;以教学成果导向为目标,构建全方位、全过程质量监控机制。构建了符合工程教育认证的培养体系;打造了一支校内专职、企业兼职、国际兼职相结合的工程师资团队;建设了一大批长三角工程教育实践实习基地。三融合、三联动、三协同育人模式得到了国家、同行和企业的认可,为服装设计与工程专业培养提供了重要参考。The rapid development of the garment industry puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of students majoring in fashion design and engineering.In order to improve the training quality of students majoring in fashion design and engineering,the fashion design and engineering major of Shanghai University of Engineering Technology has carried out the mode reform of three integration,three linkage and three collaborative education.Guided by the concept of engineering education,the talent training system should be constructed systematically.Take the teaching resources conformity as the starting point,impels the teaching mode innovation;With teaching results-oriented as the goal,an all-round and whole-process quality monitoring mechanism should be established.A training system conforming to engineering education certification is constructed.Has built a school full-time,the enterprise part-time,the international part-time unifies the project teacher team;Construction of a large number of Yangtze river delta project education practice base.The three integration,three linkage and three collaborative education modes have been recognized by the state,peers and enterprises,providing an important reference for the cultivation of fashion design and engineering.
