摘 要:高职院校的专业设置要与区域经济发展相适应。基于2015-2017年上海高职院校专业设置和上海产业发展的相关数据,采用定量与定性相结合的研究方法,构建了专业设置与区域经济适切度的计算模型,从规模适切性和结构适切性两个维度,考察了上海高职院校专业设置与区域经济发展的适切性。研究发现,上海高职院校专业内部存在结构不均衡、与行业结构不适切、部分专业招生规模不协调、与市场人才需求不适切等问题。建议从搭建校企信息发布平台,打通校企信息沟通渠道;完善职教集团运行机制,促进政校企三方联动机制形式;定期调研行业企业发展情况,分析专业结构与产业结构的适切性;定期开展专业质量评审工作,建立专业设置"三级水平"制度;优化政府和学校的办学自主能力,扩大高职院校专业设置自主权等方面进行改进完善。The majors of higher vocational colleges should be compatible with regional economy development.Based on the data of higher vocational colleges and industry from 2015 to 2017 in Shanghai, this study adopts the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, constructs a model to calculate the appropriateness of majors and regional economic. From the appropriateness of scale and structure, this study investigates the appropriateness of majors and regional economic development in higher vocational colleges in Shanghai. The study found that there are some problems, such as the unbalanced structure, incongruity of the scale of enrollment of some majors, and incongruence with the demand for talents in the market. In the end, the study proposes recommendations for improvement as follows: setting up a school-enterprise information platform to open the school-enterprise channel of information communication;improving the operational mechanism of vocational education groups and promoting the form of tripartite linkage mechanism between government, school and enterprise, regularly investigating the development of regional economy and analyzing the appropriateness of the structure of majors and industry;Regularly carrying out quality assessment in majors and establishing a "three-level" system for majors;optimizing the autonomy of the government and school, and expanding the autonomy of majors in higher vocational colleges.
