摘 要:高职院校大规模扩招背景下,实施农民学历教育与职业培训相结合的农民培育模式是真正解决农民学历与素质提升问题的突破口。针对农民的文化素质现状、职业特点、地方优势产业发展需求,提出建设农民高等学历教育与职业培训互通共融立交桥的具体实施路径。针对当前农民高等学历教育存在的问题,提出降低农民入学门槛、开展多形式教学与考核认定、制定统一学分互认标准、提升农民高等学历认可度、优化教育资源环境等对策建议。Under the background of large-scale enrollment expansion in Higher Vocational colleges,the mode of peasant education which combines the education of peasants′ academic qualifications with vocational training is the way to solve the problem of improving peasants′ academic qualifications and abilities.In view of the current situation of farmers′ cultural quality,vocational characteristics and the development needs of local industries,this paper puts forward the implementation path of building an interchange between academic education and vocational training.In view of the problems existing in the current education of farmers′ academic qualifications,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as lowering the entrance threshold of farmers,carrying out multi-form teaching and assessment,formulating a unified standard of credit mutual recognition,improving the recognition of farmers′ academic qualifications,and optimizing the educational resources and environment.
