摘 要:高校教师了解一线中小学教师已有的科研认知、态度和动机,有助于更好的帮助其从多种角度参与一线教师科研,通过报告山东省383名中小学英语教师教育科研现状发现:(1)教师参与科研意识较强,但科研行为的发生有限;(2)影响教师科研现状的因素多样化,一方面职称晋升已成为最具吸引力的动机因素,另一方面科研资源获取渠道狭窄、科研时间“捉襟见肘”、科研引导人较单一;(3)教师对科研的理解具有职业和学科的特殊性,尤为注重实际运用和反思的作用。基于以上发现,本研究旨在为建立更有效的大学与中小学教师的科研合作机制,提供相关的建议与启发。It is helpful for college teachers with the knowledge of the primary and secondary school teachers’existing scientific research cognition,attitude,and motivation to help them to participate in front-line teachers’scientific research from various angles.This study reports the present situation of educational research of 383 English teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province.It is found that:1)Teachers have a strong sense of participation in scientific research,but the occurrence of scientific research behavior is limited;2)The factors that affect the present situation of teachers’scientific research are diversified.On the one hand,the promotion of professional titles has become the most attractive motivation factor;on the other hand,the channels for obtaining scientific research resources are narrow,the scientific research time is insufficient,and the scientific research guiding stuff is relatively limited.3)Teachers’understanding of scientific research is professional and disciplinary and they pay particular attention to the role of practical application and reflection.Based on the above-mentioned findings,this paper provides a point of view for the better establishment of scientific research cooperation mechanism between university teachers and primary and secondary school teachers.
