摘 要:医学本科教育标准和临床专业认证促进了医学院校在课程整合和教学方法上的改革。汇总分析2013~2018年5年来参与我校整合课程的临床医学八年制(416人)和五年制(805人)学生对理论、床旁见习和PBL/TBL四种教学方法的倾向性和意见,结果显示,五年制和八年制临床学生均认同PBL/TBL更能促进团队协作和课后主动学习,仍认为传统的理论课和床旁见习获益更大,床旁见习是最利于师生互动的教学方法。影响PBL/TBL感受的意见涉及到教学方法的各个方面。从学生视角汇总对系统整合课程不同教学方法的看法有助于教育者有的放矢,整合不同教学方法的优缺点,完善课程计划,提高教学质量。Medical undergraduate education Standards and clinical professional certification have promoted the reform of curriculum integration and teaching methods in medical colleges.After a comprehensive analysis of the evaluation from medical students(416 of eight year program and 805 of five year program)who participated in the system integrated course from 2013 to 2018,the results shows that regardless of academic program,medical students agree that problem based learning and team based learning can promote teamwork and active self-learning after class better.However,it is still believed that lectures and bedside teaching benefit more,and bedside teaching is the most beneficial to teacher-student interaction.What affecting the student’s experience in PBL/TBL relate to all aspects of these two teaching-methods.The feedback about different teaching methods from the perspective of students helps the medical educators to integrate the advantages and disadvantages of different teaching methods,and improve the curriculum plan and teaching quality.
