摘　　要：在尚文重教理念的世代相承中,桐城文化的核心价值——“以文化人”逐渐显现。其主要表现是以桐城文化来化己、化后、利他。传承桐城文化“以文化人”的核心价值启示我们在现代社会应该以文化的角度认识人、营造浓郁文化氛围培养人,以传统文化的精髓教育人,在“化人”过程中科学定向、定标、定位。The core value of Tongcheng culture,“nurturing people with culture”,gradually appears in the succession of the idea of emphasizing education and culture.Its main performance is nurturing oneself,offspring and benefiting others with culture.Inheriting the core values of Tongcheng culture reveals that in modern society,we should understand people from a cultural perspective,create a strong cultural atmosphere to train people,and educate people with the essence of traditional culture.In the process of“nurturing people”,scientific orientation,calibration and positioning should be carried out.
